    Agree plan of action, after confirming the high level concept / elevator pitch of your product, what problem it solves, customer segments it serves, potential customer profiles of early adopters, any existing collateral or objections raised, and your unique value proposition.

    Set up the web addresses (DNS) to enable sending emails on your behalf, and landing pages at a subdomain of your website to measure performance.
